Why are nudist pay sites allowed to show pictures of naked children?

I can understand that nudism is not illegal. I don’t understand how nudist websites can charge for people to be able to look at pictures of naked children. They even have messed up naked beauty pageants with them. This is totally wrong. I can’t think of any reason why people would pay to see naked children, if not for pornographic reasons. They should be stopped.
